Automated unit entry from Mullak

The Jiwar Toolbox is a browser extension that brings your association’s units and owners from your Mullak account into Jiwar in minutes, with no manual entry. You sign in to Mullak yourself and follow short on-screen steps, and the data arrives in your Jiwar account, ready to import when you set up your union.

Goodbye to manual entry

An association of a hundred units means hundreds of lines of unit numbers, owner names and shares, usually copied from Mullak into a spreadsheet and then into another system — and every copy is a fresh chance for a mistake. The Jiwar Toolbox cuts that out: it reads the data Mullak shows you in your own session and carries it over to Jiwar as it is, so your unit and owner registry starts out right on day one. You can then invite owners to join straight away, because their mobile numbers are already on the register.

  • No copying, no pasting, no spreadsheets in between
  • The data exactly as Mullak shows it, never retyped
  • A complete register for your association in minutes, not days

Your data stays safe

The Toolbox never asks for, or sees, your Mullak or Nafath sign-in details — you sign in yourself. It reads only what Mullak shows you in your own session, never clicks anything on your behalf, and stops working outside Mullak. The data it carries over is stored in your account inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, encrypted, and deleted after 30 days or as soon as you delete it — you can view or delete it in your account at any time.

  • Jiwar never sees your Mullak or Nafath sign-in details
  • It reads only what you see in your session, with no automated clicks
  • Encrypted storage inside the Kingdom, deleted after 30 days

Who is the Jiwar Toolbox for?

For the chairman of an owners’ association, or a representative they authorise, with a Mullak account that shows their association’s data. The Toolbox is used to carry over your own association’s data only, to set it up on Jiwar, and is governed by the Jiwar Toolbox terms of use. Jiwar is independent and not affiliated with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA); Mullak is a trademark of its owners.

  • The association’s chairman or authorised representative
  • Your own association’s data only
  • Use governed by the Jiwar Toolbox terms
  • An extension for Chrome, coming soon to the Chrome Web Store

  4. Follow the hints

Short hints guide you: Associations, then My association, then Association properties — then open each building to collect its units.

  5. Review the data

The Toolbox shows the buildings, units and owners it collected and saves them to your Jiwar account.

  6. Import it into Jiwar

When you set up your union, choose to import from the Toolbox, and the units and owners are added to the register.

Importing units from Mullak: frequently asked questions

What is the Jiwar Toolbox?

A free Chrome extension that brings an owners’ association’s units and owners from Mullak into your Jiwar account, so your unit and owner registry starts without manual entry.

Does Jiwar see my Mullak or Nafath sign-in details?

No. You sign in to Mullak yourself; the Toolbox never asks for or stores sign-in details, and it reads only the data Mullak shows you in your own session.

Which data is carried over?

Your association’s data as Mullak shows it: buildings and units, owners’ names, ID numbers, mobile numbers and shares, and title-deed details. It is stored in your account inside the Kingdom, encrypted, and deleted after 30 days or when you delete it.

Is Jiwar affiliated with REGA or Mullak?

No. Jiwar is independent and not affiliated with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) or with Mullak, and is not endorsed by either. The Toolbox carries over your own association’s data only, under its terms of use.

Can the Toolbox be used for another association?

No. The Toolbox carries over the data of the association you represent only, to set it up on Jiwar; it may not be used to collect or market other associations’ data.

Is the Toolbox free?

Yes, the extension is free. After the import, unions with up to 9 units stay free; above that, prices start at SAR 13 per unit a month before VAT.

What if Mullak changes?

Mullak’s pages may change and stop some steps for a while; we update the Toolbox to keep up. You can always add units in bulk from the Units page in Jiwar instead.
